Members of the public expressed concerns re planning application at Fairfield for 3 dwellings. Plans are such that houses could be turned from 1 bed to multiple bed dwellings once planning agreed. Concerns re number of vehicles exiting onto main road. Concerns re disruption during construction.

The Internal Auditor raised concerns that the request by the council to transfer funds from the current account to deposit account had been ignored by their bankers. A letter to be sent to Natwest requesting the transfer of funds and to be accompanied by a copy of the Internal Audit report.

Cllr Harrington – Fallen lady to be put back into position by member of the public
Cllr Hunt reported that she had received a complaint with regards to a large hole opposite Rockfoot Station, Boot. Harris fencing not secure, belongs to ENW
Cllr Harringtom reported that the mirror at the Boot junction is missing, making it difficult to exit this junction.
