MINUTES OF THE EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THURSDAY 31 OCTOBER 2019

IN THE VILLAGE HALL, ESKDALE GREEN COMMENCING AT 7.30PM

Present: Cllr M Shaftesley (Chair), Cllr R Brown, Cllr A Vicars, Cllr C Ashall, Cllr I Kirby and Cllr L Hunt

69/19 Apologies

Cllr M Watson

70/19 To determine the Council’s response to the Police Recommendation regarding actions over missing monies.

After discussion it was RESOLVED to follow the police’s advice and to agree to pursue the matter through the Magistrate’s Court.

Proposed Cllr Shaftesley, Seconded by Cllr Ashall

All councillors were in agreement.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.37pm
