DRAFT MINUTES OF THE EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THURSDAY 9 MAY 2019 IN THE PRIVATE ROOM, THE BOWER HOUSE, ESKDALE COMMENCING AT 7.30PM

18/1 Present: Cllr A Vicars, Cllr R Brown, Cllr L Hunt, Cllr I Kirkby

18/2 Election of Chair
In the absence of an elected chair, It was proposed by Cllr Hunt and Seconded by Cllr Brown that Cllr Vickers be elected as Chair for this meeting.

18/3 Apologies for absence
Apologies were received from Cllr Ashell (holiday)

18/4 Co-option of Councillors
A letter of application had been received from Mr M Shaftesley who wished to be considered to be co-opted onto the Council.
It was proposed by Cllr Hunt and Seconded by Cllr Kirkby that Mr Shaftesley be co-opted onto the Council.
Mr Shafesley signed the notice of acceptance.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.40pm
