A bat survey to be undertaken before works can commence
26/22.2 Telephone Box – Hard Knott
Clerk to ascertain cost of replacement parts especially replacement of broken spars. Application for funding to Eskfest.
No response received from Wasdale Mountain Rescue – Cllr Brown to chase
Options available for locating a defib in the phone box. To apply to GDF for funding

District councillor had given a verbal report to Clerk
Recycling collections to change in October – small boxes to be replaced with 2 wheelie bins. Residents can still retain small boxes if they prefer

Resolved to apply to Eskdale Open for funding to refurbish the telephone box and use as an Information Centre

Resolved to call a public meeting in November to discuss. Invite representatives from local business, surrounding Parishes and Fred Whitton challenge
31/22.3 FOLD Landscape grant fund community Garden – submit plan to Forestry commission/Community Garden
Wildflowers, native bulbs, poppies have been ordered for planting on banking above car park. Wild flower seeds for verges by Forge Bridge

Village hall applying for n=money for a feasibility study. Clerk to submit an application for repairs to telephone box and defib.

Wildflower seeds purchased and will be scattered Forge Bridge

Cllr Harrington reported that the defib is not working. Out of Order Notice to be placed. Investigation shown that it requires replacing
