The Minutes of the meeting of the meeting held on 13 January 2026 were approved and signed by the Chair.

Cllr Harrington had met with Nathan Fox, Forestry England re the Japanese Garden. Keen for collaborative working. Mr Fox to attend May meeting to further discuss. Tree felling to continue into late spring/early summer.
